Building a Stronger Team: Welcoming New Faces to CRI in 2024

Growing Together: Meet the New Faces of CRI

This year, CRI welcomed 312 new team members—each bringing a unique passion and dedication to our mission. These new hires have allowed us to expand services and meet the growing needs of our consumers, even as we navigate challenges within the caregiving industry.

Despite Pennsylvania’s stagnant provider state reimbursement rates, which for twenty years hasn’t kept up with the rising costs of providing high-quality care, CRI is hopeful that 2025 will bring the state reimbursement rates needed to remain a competitive and attractive employer. Our team’s resilience and commitment to providing quality care have been key to our success.

If you’re compassionate about helping people live a life with dignity, consider joining our team. CRI offers part-time and full-time roles, with training provided, flexible schedules, and minimal qualifications required. Be a friend, a supporter, and a caregiver while making a meaningful difference. All 12 CRI locations are hiring. Explore opportunities on our robust job board: crinet.org/careers.

As we reflect on 2024, we celebrate the contributions of every team member who has joined CRI’s journey. Together, we’re shaping a brighter future for individuals with disabilities and their families.
