Celebrating Success: Inspiring Stories of Empowerment from CRI

2024 has been a year of transformation and triumph for the consumers we serve at Community Resources for Independence (CRI). Through personalized care and unwavering support, we’ve witnessed remarkable milestones that inspire our mission to empower independence.

Here are just a few stories that define this year’s impact:

  • A Journey to Independence: One of our Lewistown consumers achieved what once seemed impossible. With support from our team, he transitioned to living independently, secured a job, and even joined a football team. Now, he’s preparing for a new chapter: starting college next fall.
  • Community Integration: In Wellsboro, another consumer successfully moved into his own home, receiving daily assistance from our dedicated staff. His newfound independence allows him to thrive and pursue his goals in a supportive environment.

These stories are a testament to the perseverance of our consumers and the dedication of our team. Together, we are redefining what’s possible for individuals with disabilities.
