Promoted into the mentor position for the CRI Wellsboro Team is Mariann Davies. Mariann’s CRI career stretches back for more than thirteen years as a direct care worker, and we’re thrilled she’s with us for the next chapter of her career.
New to her career with the CRI Wellsboro Team is Cathy Skiver. Cathy joins us as a mentor with plenty of experience and know-how. She will be a great addition to the team.
Over at the CRI Indiana Team, Jamie Barber has started her new role as regional manager of the Delmont, Indiana, and Somerset teams. Jamie started with CRI as a mentor, then stepped up to the office supervisor position, and now she oversees three offices. Jamie’s growth as a professional has kept pace with her increasing responsibilities – exactly what we hope to see in an emerging leader.
Tessa Rhoades, our scheduler of the CRI Indiana Team, is moving up to take the direct care worker supervisor position. By taking on this new role, Tessa is preserving the gains in consistency developed by the Indiana Team. We are currently seeking the right person to be trained by Tessa as her scheduler.
At the CRI McConnellsburg Team, congratulations are in order for Jaime Fleck. Jaime started with CRI as a direct care worker, then was promoted to mentor. She also came to help out in the office with many additional tasks, and now she’s officially the team’s administrative assistant. We think she just wanted to prove that she could do it.
Mariah Vinton is being promoted to be the mentor supporting the direct care workers of the CRI McConnellsburg Team. Mariah too started her career with CRI as a direct care worker, which will help her tremendously in the problem-solving, training, and support of other CRI direct care workers.
Erin Holmes of the CRI Warren Team celebrates her sixteen-plus years with CRI with a promotion into the direct care workers supervisor position. Erin started with CRI as a direct care worker, and then was promoted into the mentor position. Erin’s first-hand knowledge of caregiving will help her to do well in this new leadership role.
